Is it right to providing covid19 cure treatment course for all citizens in their home irrespective testing results?

As we know covid19 the global pandemic spreading quickly to every country, state, district, taluk and village even though with most of the precautions by government and responsible citizens.

As we get 20 to 30 % people testing positive which clearly indicates most of the people having this disease. many kinds of research also told there are 50% people affected with corona but few having more immunity power not observing any kind of symptoms of covid19 pandemic.

By all these studies and day to day observation. I was getting the above question.

If we give complete treatment course medicine to each and every citizen without any kind of testing. It increases the immunity power of each one of us which leads to getting more immunity power before covid19 gets affected to us. It disappears before showing it's symptoms. Many studies also confirmed there are no side effects with covid19 treatment medicine.
